It all started when…

Ecomonster started back in my college days when I opened an Etsy shop selling handmade gifts. Fast forward through some cool publications and a biotech day job, I outgrew Etsy and opened a brick-and-mortar in South Bay.

To learn more about business, I transitioned into a role of Director of People Operations at a tech company. Along the way, I realized I thrive on wearing many hats and love bringing people together.

But the real joy is coaching and helping others along their own journey. Now, I get to do just that, drawing from all the lessons I've learned!
