Zine making get-together

I still find myself collecting random zines at various craft fairs. I enjoy going through them every time I attempt to purge my shelves and instead get sidetracked and lost in them. I also love the process of making one. Thumbing through magazines, tearing out pages. Clipping letters and images to tell a story or express an emotion. Practicing my lettering or punching at my old typewriter. I find the mess and setup process worthwhile to do with a group rather than solo. As a group activity, individuals can either make their own or contribute a couple of pages to a collective zine.
